Where do you ship to?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 7-10 Business Days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an an email with tracking information.
What is the TAT (turn around time)?
Our TAT is typically 14business days, BUT I prefer to knock orders out before the TAT, it all depends on how busy with orders we are. Weekends and holidays don’t count.
Do you accept returns/exchanges/or refunds?
We begin working on your beautiful outfit or other items after your order has been placed. Due to the handmade nature of our products and being made to order, no cancellations, exchanges, refunds or returns will be accepted. No exceptions. Please order accordingly. Double check the TAT & your shipping address before placing your order. There is also sizing charts in the listings photos to help you choose the correct size. Thank you for understanding!
