Shipping - We ship daily through the UPS and USPS. We are located in Louisiana. We ship world wide. After shipping labels are created, you will receive a email with tracking information. Priority mail does come insured at no additional costs. If you have any problems with shipments after they have left our care, you will need to contact the USPS or UPS directly with your tracking numbers but we are willing to help you any way possible.

Pickup - All orders that are marked as pickup should be picked up withing 5 days of pickup email being sent. If order is not picked up an invoice will be sent for shipping. If invoice is not paid or no pickup has been made by 15 days , the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color), NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.
